الارشاد الالكتروني وعلاقته بدافعية العمل التطوعي لدى طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة

تمكن اغلب المرشدين من تحفيز طلبتهم للقيام بأعمال تطوعية إنسانية بين بعضهم البعض، وللمجتمع المحيط بهم ايضاً، ذلك من خلال التوجيهات الالكترونية الى جانب التوجيهات والارشادات داخل المدرسة، بحيث تولد لدى العديد من الطلبة دافعية العمل تطوعياً، ومن بين ابسط الاعمال التطوعية التي تعلمها اغلب الطلبة والطالبات هو القيام بحملات لتنظيف الصفوف بدافع ذاتي بعد ان تلقوا توجيه من قبل مرشد الصف، او المرشد التربوي، ولمرة واحده، وبعدها كانت حملاتهم ذاتية تطوعية. وعليه فانه يهدف البحث الحالي تعرف الارشاد الالكتروني لدى طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة ودافعية العمل التطوعي لدى طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة والعلاقة الارتباطية بين الارشاد الالكتروني ودافعية العمل التطوعي لدى طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة. وتحقيقاً لأهداف البحث قامت الباحثة ببناء أدوات البحث (الارشاد الالكتروني، ودافعية العمل التطوعي)، وتم تطبيق الأدوات على عينة البحث البالغة (400) طالب وطالبة من طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة، وبعد جمع البيانات ومعالجتها احصائياً، توصل البحث الى ان هناك علاقة طردية قوية بين الارشاد الالكتروني ودافعية العمل التطوعي لدى طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة.
