الملخص

هدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف دور مؤسسات رياض الأطفال في تنمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى الأطفال من وجهة نظر المربيات في محافظة حماة، وتعرف الفروق في استجاباتهن تبعاً لمتغيرات عدة، وتكونت العينة من (300) مربية، وأُعدّت استبانة مكونة من (42) بنداً. بينت النتائج: إن دور مؤسسات رياض الأطفال في تنمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى الأطفال من وجهة نظر المربيات كان بدرجة مرتفعة على الاستبانة ككل وعلى جميع أبعادها. يوجد فرق دال إحصائياً على الاستبانة ككل وعلى بعد (المسؤولية تجاه المجتمع) تبعاً لمتغير تابعية الروضة لصالح الروضات الخاصة، وعلى الاستبانة ككل وأبعادها كافة تبعاً لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة لصالح الأقل من 5 سنوات، وعلى بعد (المسؤولية تجاه المجتمع) تبعاً لمتغير الدورات التدريبية لصالح اللواتي اتبعن دورات تدريبية أكثر. عدم وجود فروق دال إحصائياً على الاستبانة ككل وأبعادها تبعاً للمؤهل العلمي والعمر.
