الملخص

          سعت الدّراسة الحالية التّعرف إلى دور عضو هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة في تعزيز مفهوم الأمن الاجتماعي لدى طلبتها في ضوء بعض المتغيرات، وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة وتحقيق أهدافها قام الباحثون باختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (1150) طالبًا وطالبة ممن يدرسون في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة في إقليم الشمال، من مجتمع الدّراسة الكلي والبالغ عددهم (14850) طالبًا وطالبة، حيث استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي المسحي، حيث صُمم استبيان خاص لأغراض الدّراسة وتحويله إلكترونياً تناول دور عضو هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة في تعزيز مفهوم الأمن الاجتماعي لدى طلبتها في ضوء بعض المتغيرات وتضمنت أداة الدراسة (15) فقرة، وجرى التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. حيث توصلت نتائج الدّراسة إلى أنّ دور عضو هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة في تعزيز مفهوم الأمن الاجتماعي لدى طلبتها في ضوء بعض المتغيرات كانت بدرجة كبيرة، وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.94)، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدّراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a =0.05) تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي والكلية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات ومنها: ضرورة عقد برامج تثقيفية وتوعوية لطلبة الجامعات تحذرهم من السلوكيات والممارسات السلبية في المجتمع من خلال عمادات شؤون الطلبة.
