Abstract

    Education occupies a prominent place in the modern communities. It represents the foundation of the last generations of educated and fixed in science, technology. Literature and the ants contribute to building a society conferring to the construction of human civilization formed.  Currently, the achievements in scientific progress and the holding of schools and scientific and cultural edifices since the school is the most important part of the education and scientific phase.The study reveals that there is a significant difference between female managers’ and their response on scale strategic planning relationship. The research adopts the descriptive approach since it is suitable for providing facts and date about the providing facts and date about the problem under discussion and to explain and identify its implications. Also the research use the questionnaire as a research method spss is used. To achieve its aims, the following statistical methods are used: The percentage of external truth has a correlation with coefficient person.  Finally, the finding of the research is shown that the schools heads’ in Baghdad have the ability to understanding accurately the strategic planning.
