بناء أنموذج لمعايير البنى التحتية في المؤسسات التربوية العراقية

يهدف البحث الى تعرف مدى توافر معايير البنى التحتية في المؤسسات التربوية العراقية أولا, وبناء أنموذج لمعايير البنى التحتية في مؤسساتنا التربوية ثانيا. وتألف مجتمع البحث من مديري الاقسام الادارية والفنية والعلمية في ديوان وزارة التربية والبالغ عددهم (45) فردا. فيما بلغ عدد افراد العينة التي سحبت بالطريقة العشوائية (40) فردا. اعتمد الباحث معامل ارتباط بيرسون, معادلة الفاكرونباخ, الاختبار التائي, الانحراف المعياري, ودرجة المطابقة لمعرفة مدى توافر معايير البنى التحتية في المؤسسات التربوية العراقية وقد اظهرت النتائج اتساع الفجوة في معايير المرافق والتجهيزات ومحدودية ورصانة المعلومات ومتطلبات البحث العلمي والتخطيط المالي وتخطيط وتوظيف الموارد البشرية وتدريبهم. وخلص البحث الى العديد من التوصيات اهمها ضرورة تخطيط وتصميم وتنفيذ معايير البنى التحتية وفق افضل المعايير العالمية واعتماد استراتيجيات متقدمة لصيانتها وتحسينها وتطويرها وبما يلبي حاجات المستفيدين منها وتخصيص الموارد المالية المطلوبة لذلك.
