   The language and culture have long been influential in Arabic language and literature. The Abbasid period, the highest influence, especially in wisdom and proverbs and historical and scientific text such as logbooks accounts involved. The influence of Persian language and Iranian culture in everyday life as one of the most works of Arabic remains evident.The aforesaid impact is considerable in zone Arabic words.

The study quantity and type of Persian words applied in this article, is topic that writers article of through method technical analysis, lexical and statistical had paid far to it.

This article shows that with regard to the words and their type application quantity which of Persian culture and civilization have had of greater influence on Arabic language and literature. By study these words become clear that the most applied tools words, utensil, dishes had allocated to itself. Verbally, more simple words and to faraway is verbal complexity and about one-third of the extension is a combination of words.
