Requirements of Employing Smart Learning in the Learning-educational Process at Al- Istiqlal University from the Perspective of its Faculty Members

Abstract

The present study aims to identify the requirements of employing smart learning in the educational-learning process in Al- Istiqlal University from the perspective of its faculty members. The researcher uses the questionnaire as a tool to collect information, which consists of (36) paragraphs including four areas: buildings, devices and equipment, programs and technologies, human and organizational cadre, dealt with the specifications of the electronic curriculum, the research sample included (100) members Faculty members at Istiqlal University.The results of the study show that the requirements of the e-curriculum and its specifications receive a high degree of attention and priority by faculty members to provide them in the learning-educational process at the university, and the highest items in this area was the paragraph that requires the diversification of evaluation methods, where a relative weight of (96.71% ). While the second degree of the requirements of the employment of smart learning in the scientific learning - educational at the University of Al-Istiqlal from the point of view of the faculty members is the need to provide human and organizational cadres, and the demands of this area focused on the need for a faculty member who is able to use the techniques and applications of smart learning. On a relative weight of (88.33%)The third degree of requirements for the employment of smart learning in the scientific learning - educational at the University of Independence from the perspective of faculty members are the requirements of programs and technologies, where the demands of this area focused on the need to provide interactive response programs, and obtained a relative weight of (85.03%). Finally, the buildings, equipment and devices obtain the fourth and final degree of the requirements of employing smart learning in the scientific learning-teaching at Istiqlal University from the point of view of faculty members, where the demands of this field focused on providing classrooms containing the necessary equipment to use smart learning, and obtained a relative weight (84.8%)

The study recommends the use of the requirements set by the study in the employment of smart learning in the process of learning-educational at the University of Independence.
