التأثير الجيوبوليتيكي للصراع الروسي الاوكراني وتأثيره على الاقتصاد العالمي والعراقي

كان للصراع الذي حدث بين روسيا وأوكرانيا أثر كبير على المؤشرات الاقتصادية العالمية، وهو ما يشكل خطراً على الأمن الغذائي العالمي حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى معرفة اهم الاثار التي خلفتها الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية على الاقتصاد العالمي تارة و العراقي تارة أخرى حيث الأثار المتعلقة بقضية الأمن الغذائي، فضلا عن التعرف على أثار تلك الحرب على سياسة الحكومة العراقية إزاء ازمة الغذاء العالمية، وتأثيرها على الوضع الاستهلاكي والانتاجي، ونسبة الاكتفاء الذاتي ومدى الاعتماد على الدول المجاورة في تلبية احتياجات الاسوق المحلية من المواد الغذائية، لا سيما الحبوب.
رصدت الإجراءات التي اتبعتها السياسة العراقية لتصدي اثار الحرب فيما يتعلق بتوفير الأمن الغذائي للشعب العراقي كان للأزمة الأوكرانية العديد من الآثار الإيجابية والسلبية على العراق. اذ تأثر العراق بغزو روسيا لأوكرانيا بسبب اعتماده على المنتجات الزراعية للدول المتحاربة ومن ناحية أخرى فستكون الحرب عاملا إيجابيا نتيجة زيادة إيرادات العراق من النفط. لقد كانت الحرب ذات تأثيرات بعيدة المدى خارج أوروبا كما كان له تأثير كبير على الوضع السياسي والأمن الغذائي في الشرق الأوسط.
