درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للقيادة الموقفية وفق نظرية هيرسي وبلانشارد في محافظة البريمي بسلطنة عٌمان

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للقيادة الموقفية وفق نظرية هيرسي وبلانتشارد في محافظة البريمي بسلطنة عمان، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أُستخدم المنهج الوصفي، كما أُستخدمت الإستبانة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من(1461)معلم ومعلمة بمحافظة البريمي خلال العام الدراسي 2021/2022م، وقد تم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية مقدارها (238) معلم ومعلمة. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها: ممارسة مديري المدارس للقيادة الموقفية وفق نظرية هيرسي وبلانشارد في محافظة البريمي جاءت مرتفعة جدا، وجاء نمط التدريب بالرتبة الأولى في الممارسة، ثم تلاه نمط الدعم، ثم نمط التفويض، بينما نمط التوجيه جاء في الرتبة الرابعة، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05≥α) تُعزى لمتغيري الدراسة (الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة). وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه نتائج الدراسة، أوصت بإيجاد نظام للحوافز التشجيعية لمديري المدارس الذين يولون اهتمام بالغ لممارسة القيادة الموقفية، وإدخال ممارسة القيادة الموقفية ضمن منظومة قياس الأداء الفردي والإجادة المؤسسية المزمع تطبيقه بديلاً عن تقريرالأداء الوظيفي الحالي.
