الملخص

التعاطف الذاتي الرقيق حيال الذات جزءا من اليقظة العقلية أحد المحددات المهمة لعملية المرونة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، من أجل التكيف مع مواقف الحياة السلبية، حدد تنظيم الانفعال وتفعيل الوجدان الإيجابي أيضًا كميسرين للتعامل مع المواقف الصعبة هذه التي تعد أيضًا خبرات مهمة أكد عليها في ممارسة اليقظة العقلية. هدفت الدراسة الى اختبار نموذج مقترح للدور الوسيط للتعاطف الذاتي، وصعوبات تنظيم الانفعال فى العلاقة بين اليقظة العقلية، والمرونة الاكاديمية لدى طلاب الصف الثالث الاعدادى ذوي صعوبات التعلم. تكونت عينة الدراسة الحالية في صورتها النهائية من (320) طالبا/طالبة بالصف الدراسي الثالث الاعدادى ذوي صعوبات التعلم. أشارت النتائج الى أن اليقظة العقلية ترتبط بشكل موجب ومباشر بالتعاطف الذاتى. وتبين أن اليقظة العقلية ترتبط أيضًا بشكل سلبي بصعوبات تنظيم الانفعال. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة سلبية دالة بين التعاطف الذاتي وصعوبات تنظيم الانفعال. وتبين أن التعاطف الذاتي يتنبأ بشكل إيجابي ودال بالمرونة الاكاديمية. وأشارت النتائج الى ارتباط صعوبات تنظيم الانفعال ارتباطًا مباشرًا بالمرونة الاكاديمية. واليقظة العقلية ترتبط بشكل غير مباشر بالمرونة الاكاديمية من خلال التأثير الوسيط للتعاطف الذاتي. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن صعوبات تنظيم الانفعال لها تأثير سلبي دال وسيط بين اليقظة العقلية والمرونة الاكاديمية.
