الدور الوسيط المحتمل للتنظيم الذاتي في العلاقة بين اليقظة العقلية و الاداء الوظيفي والرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمي المرحة الابتدائية

هدف البحث الى استكشاف ما إذا كانت هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين اليقظة العقلية والأداء الوظيفي (أي ، أداء المهام ، وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية ، وسلوك العمل المضاد للإنتاج) والرضا الوظيفي. من المتوقع ظهور التنظيم الذاتي كميكانيزم وسيط تؤثر من خلاله اليقظة العقلية على متغيرات الأداء. اجرى البحث على عينة قوامها 213 معلما و معلمة ، أعمارهم 32 الى 59 عاما ( متوسط= 45.30 عاما ، انحراف معياري = 9.31 ). استعمل مقياس اليقظة العقلية سمة مقياس التنظيم الذاتي ، مقياس الأداء الوظيفي. اشارت النتائج الى ظهور التنظيم الذاتي كميكانيزم تمارس من خلاله اليقظة العقلية تأثيرها في أداء المهمة التقرير الذاتي ، وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية ، ولكن ليس على سلوك العمل المضاد للإنتاج. كشفت التحليلات الاستكشافية عن أن اليقظة العقلية تتألف من ثلاثة مكونات ، وهى الوعي ، وعدم التفاعل ، وعدم الحكم . عندما دمجت نتائج اختبار نموذج كامل جميعها ، ظهر الرضا الوظيفي كميكانيزم وسيط ثاني في العلاقات بين نتائج الأداء و اليقظة العقلية .
