Evaluation of new educational supervisors’ preparation Program from the perspectives of the trainees

The research aims at the evaluation of the preparation program of the new educational supervisors from the perspectives of the trainees. To achieve that, the researcher used a descriptive method. The questionnaire used consisted of (35) items divided into five categories. The research sample included (264) trainees. The researcher used the appropriate statistical methods, and the most important results are: the effectiveness of the training courses for the preparation of the new educational supervisors, the evolution of the trainees ranges from average to good.
