Health Security and its impact in the power of state, comparative study in political geography between Iraq and its neighboring

The importance of this study of the urgent need to study the reality of the changing health of Iraq from the fact that the health services and work to secure the indicators come in the forefront of the national work of the state , because these services have a positive effect in the process of development and construction and social stability if properly directed , management and continued on scientific grounds healthy and proper planning , purpose of this study to the statement and assess the reality of the changing health in Iraq , compared with neighboring countries, geographical by eating many health indicators , which sees the researcher mirror a true reflection of the health situation in the country which is the rate of infant mortality , the proportion of those who are available to them pure water ratio children immunized inauguration capita calorie intake , the number of patients per bed , the number of beds in the hospital every 10 thousand people , the number of patients per doctor , and the proportion of spending on health of GDP . the study analyzed the impact of these indicators in the power of the state . has also sought the study also to stand up to the reality of the various health institutions of the Iraqi government , including eligibility and change that hit for the period 2005-2012 , and to achieve the overall objectives of the researcher has adopted the analytical method to get to the scientific results has adopted the relevant statistical methods . Data was collected on health indicators in the study area through what was issued by government institutions in Iraq or by the statistical program of the United Nations or some specialized studies , and after discussing the problem of the study objectives and hypotheses , the study found that Iraq had occupied the last rank compared with neighboring countries geographically, it happened on the weight ( 7.5 ) degrees versus Turkey, which received the highest weight of a (22) degrees , a big difference too , and this is due to the instability experienced by Iraq over three decades ago , and based on these results, the researcher recommends to pay attention to the health sector and reduce the size of the health gap by adopting a primary health care and expanding horizontally in the establishment of health centers and hospitals, and supplying them with modern equipment and competencies and providing material support her
