The present paper titled (Problems of propositions & inference in Islam) discusses propositions, inference and locations of dispute according to wise men. Studies of logic during the Islamic Age have become the rules that preserve the mind from making errors. In addition, they are the measure and scale of knowledge in spite of those who denied their significance. Logic (propositions and measurements, in particular) has become a mental scale or measurement used not only for the sake of philosophy but also for language, philology along with their origins. Those scales and measurements differ in accordance with scientists’ and sages’ philosophies and doctrines. The difference in adopting the rules of measurements and cases indicates that scientists and wise men were not merely imitators in their use of cases and inference methodologies. In fact, the reason why I have chosen this subject is to shed light on any locations of disputes. I have followed the descriptive, analytical approach in my study. The study has been divided into three parts or sections: the first is devoted to conceptualization & credence; the second is devoted to propositions; and the third focuses on inference.
