يهدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة" اثر إستراتيجية قل شيئا في الفهم القرائي لدى تلميذات الصف الرابع الابتدائي في مادة القراءة " .واتبعت الباحثة منهج البحث التجريبي في اعداد الاداة يتم فيها تحديد الفهم القرائي للمعلم والتلميذات عند تعلميهن استراتيجية قل شيئا في الفهم القرائي ثم عرضها على لجنة من الخبراء والمحكمين. عولجت نتائج البحث إحصائيا باستعمال الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون ، لتحليل نتائج البحث . توصلت الباحثة في ضوء النتائج إلى : إن استراتيجية قل شيئا تمكن التلميذات من القراءة والاطلاع والمتابعة . وكذلك اظهرت استراتيجية قل شيئا تأثيرًاً إيجابياً واضحاً في الفهم القرائي لتلميذات الصف الرابع الابتدائي في مادة القراءة. وايضا ان استراتيجية قل شيئا تولد لدى التلميذات القدرة على الفهم والاستيعاب والاستماع والمناقشة.
