فاعلية التعلم المدمج في التدريس من وجهة نظر أساتذة الجامعة

يمثل التعلم المدمج احد البدائل الرئيسية التي لجأت اليها مؤسسات التعليم العالي نتيجة الظرف الحالي الذي يمر به البلد ومختلف دول العالم للحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا بين طلاب الجامعة ، حيث يجمع هذا النوع من التعلم بين التعليم التقليدي وجها لوجه وبين التعلم الالكتروني عبر الانترنت ، ولقد هدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على فاعلية التعلم المدمج في التدريس من وجهة نظر أساتذة الجامعة ، وهل هناك فروق بين أساتذة الجامعة في فاعلية التعلم المدمج في التدريس تبعا لمتغير: ( النوع الاجتماعي ، التخصص ، اللقب العلمي ، سنوات الخدمة ) . ويعتبر البحث الحالي من البحوث الوصفية الكمية التي تهتم بدراسة ظاهرة موجودة في الواقع وقياسها وتحليل بياناتها لاستخراج النتائج وتعميمها ، وتكونت عينة البحث من أساتذة الجامعة البالغ عددهم (110 ) لمختلف التخصصات العلمية والإنسانية في جامعة بغداد ،تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية ،أما أداة البحث فقد تكونت من مقياس يشمل (27) فقرة ،ونظمت الفقرات على صورة استبانه الكترونية ، أظهرت النتائج ما يلي ،جاءت فاعلية التعلم المدمج في التدريس من وجهة نظر أساتذة الجامعة بدرجة متوسطة ، فقد مارس وبشكل فاعل كل من الطلبة والأساتذة الأنشطة والفعاليات التعليمية بأسلوب التعلم المدمج بشكل طبيعي ، وهو نتيجة متوقعة لطبيعة العصر التقني والانفتاح الثقافي، ومؤشر يعكس قدرة الأستاذ الجامعي على الدمج بين البيئتين التعليميتين. كما انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أساتذة الجامعة في وجهات نظرهم تبعا لمتغير : النوع الاجتماعي ، التخصص، اللقب العلمي، سنوات الخدمة.وخرج البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.
