Abstract

      The current research aims to identify:

  1. Psychological abuse of female educational counselors.
  2. The significant differences in the psychological abuse among educational counselors according to the variables of educational level of husband marriage duration (1-9 years, 10 years and above) and husbands E durational and (secondary, diploma and above).
  3. Self-silencing of the educational counselors.
  4. Significant differences in self-silencing among the educational counselors according to the variables of the level educational of husband (1-9 years, 10 years and above) and marriage duration (secondary, effective diploma).

5.the Psychological abuse according to self-silencing of educational counselors.

To achieve the objectives of the current research, the researcher developed a measure to measure the psychological abuse of female educators, and   preparing of a measure of self-silence after the translation from foreign language into Arabic and extracting the characteristics of the psychometric characteristics of both measurements, then she applied the two measures on a sample of educators in the province of Baghdad whose number is amounted to (320) educational counselors After analyzing the data, the results showed that:1. There is psychological abuse of female educators counselors.2. There are statistical differences in the psychological abuse for the variables of educational level (secondary, diploma and above) for the favor of the educational level (secondary) and the duration of marriage (1-9 years, 10 years and more) for the fors of the  duration of marriage (10 years and more).3. There is self-silencing of educational counselors. 4. There are statistically significant differences in self-silencing for the variables of education level (secondary, diploma and above) in approval to the educational level (secondary) and the duration of marriage (1-9 years, 10 years and more) in approval to(10 years and more)5. There are statistically significant differences in the psychological abuse according to self-silencing.

In the light of the current research results, the researcher put forward a set of recommendations   and suggestions
