Abstract

Based on the leadership role of the school principal, which requires a set of features and characteristics and features that qualify him to do his part, And to evaluate the Actuallyof the administrative performance of the head of the school is one of the methods of administrative evaluation to improve the Actuallyof administrative work, This assessment will not be aimed at ascertaining the efficiency of the manager in performing his work effectively. This process should be comprehensive and continuous to reveal the strengths, Are strengthened, and vulnerabilities are addressed, This helps to provide comprehensive information that restricts in taking action to solve some administrative problems, In addition, the difficulties and challenges facing the school at the present time have created opportunities and challenges at the same time, The key to success in adapting to these challenges in practical terms is that the management of the school is strong and able to invest the purpose, And have the right to behave properly, and the ability to prepare strategies and plans appropriate to the conditions experienced by the school, This justifies the need for excellence in administrative performance, Therefore, the current research aims to identify the degree of Actually of administrative performance in accordance with the standard Halinger and distinguish the performance and relationship between high school principals from the perspective of their assistants, The difference between the views of the assistants is defined according to the gender (male - female) and the academic (scientific - human) specialization. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted a measure the administrative performance according to Halinge standard and prepared management excellence scale, And verified the standard characteristics of each, And were applied to a sample of assistants of secondary school principals in the Directorate General of Baghdad Education Karkh / second, (60) assistants for both sexes, (30) for both males and females, The researcher is now in the process of analyzing the data obtained from the sample statistically, We will provide you with the results once the statistical analysis of the data has been completed.        After the statistical analysis of the data obtained from the sample by using statistical bag (SPSS) , the results showed that there are (8) dimensions out of a total of (11) dimensions of the performance efficiency measure according to the Hillinger standard. While the variable of administrative excellence was not achieved by secondary school principals from the point of view of the assistants.
