The study is a contrastive analysis to show the main differences and similarities in the concept of the Past participle in Arabic and Russian and the methods of derivation. The study is important and useful for those who do not know or speak the language of others, especially for foreigners from both languages to know the rules of the other language, even part of it, and at the same time it helps to accelerate the learning of the two languages and is it also useful in translation as well as enjoying the knowledge of those characteristics above, especially by the Russian people for the Arabic language, which is the language of the Koran, so the researcher makes a contrastive analysis of all aspects of the past participle in the two languages (The Russian and Arabic).
