Abstract

At the beginning of the twentieth century, an educated national elite emerged in Afghanistan, who left an important impact in the political and diplomatic history of Afghanistan, and played an important role in achieving the country its complete independence from the British dependency. His most important cultural products, as he shows his political role after his appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs in 1919, and the treaties he concluded with the two largest international powers in Asia, which made his country enjoy complete independence for the first time in its modern history, and then shows the circumstances that led to his resignation from his position, his departure from Istanbul and his death In which.
