Abstract

One of the most important events in history is the functioning of men, and greater than that is his deeds in his accidents and leaving the trace revival as the eternity of his knowledge and jurisprudence.

The most wonderful thing that the researcher is proud of and the historian rejoices in writing about a Sheikh of Islam is that he finds a summit of the great and distinguished scholars of jurists formulated by the hand of God and embraced by his generous family.

Writing about a famous Imam and introducing him and his scientific standing in hadith and jurisprudence is a revival of this great heritage. Therefore, this study began to write on the authority of great Imam who is well-known and is considered one of the sources. He deserved and won many titles from historians, scholars and authors.

Abu Bakr Al-Jarjani ((Al-Faqih Al-Shafi’i)) is a figure of great importance and has a distinguished place in the sciences of hadith, jurisprudence and interpretation. Writing about this character is great for what he deserves from his scientific position in the science of hadith and jurisprudence and his high reputation and great standing among the men of hadith and jurisprudence, and this is what was stated during this study from the opinion of scholars, media, jurists and speakers of his right.
