Emotional Fusion and its relationship to Psychological Security of the educational counselors

Abstract

     The aims of the sereach Measuring the following  :

1- Emotional Fusion of the educational counselors  .

2 –Psychological Security  of the educational counselors  .

3 - Relationship of Emotional Fusion and Psychological Security of the educational counselors .  

 To achieve the aims of the research , the reseacher did the below :       

Constracted a scale for Emotional Fusion and Psychological Security which consisted of (28 ) items , after finishing conditions of validity reliability and distingushing the items , The sereach limits to the educational counselors at educational directions in Baghdad governarate for the year 2015 – 2016 , the community of the sereach consists of (1863) educational counselors  , (652) males and ( 1211) females , the sample is selected randomly as ( %10 ) from the orgenal community , the selected sample consists of (186) educatinal counselors as (65) males and (121) females ,the searsh depends on descriptive method  ,to achieve the objectives of the sereach , the researcher has applied the 2 scales on the search sample , using the bag statistical (SPSS) the data has analyzed.

the researcher comes up to the following :

1-The educational counselors have Emotional Fusion .

2 -  The educational counselors have Psychological Security .

3 - There is correlation relationship between the Emotional Fusion to Psychological Security of the educational counselors .   

  According to the results that the search has come out with some recommands and suggestions .
