They were selected using a proportionate stratified random sampling method to achieve the study objective; the researchers adopted and translated the Self-Management Skills Scale developed by Zhao et al. (2023), which was based on Bandura’s Theory (1991). The accuracy of the translation was verified. After being reviewed by experts and specialists in education, psychology, curricula, and teaching methods, the final version of the scale consisted of (30) declarative items distributed across seven dimensions: self-organization, goal setting, time management, impulse control, stress management, learning from experience, and perseverance and resilience Each item was rated on a five-point Likert scale: (Always Applies to Me, Often Applies to Me, Applies to Me to Some Extent, Rarely Applies to Me, Never Applies to Me), with corresponding weights of (5, 4, 3, 2, 1). The psychometric properties of the instrument were established through measures of face validity, construct validity, factorial validity, and reliability The Self-Management Skills Scale was administered to the study sample. After data collection and statistical analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), the findings revealed that the Participants possessed a high level of self-management skills.
