الأدوات الظرفية من منظور تركيبي دلالي

Abstract

Adverbial particles are those words that constitute what I have called an adverbial compound. This adverbial compound is what grammarians know as semi-sentence that includes the adverb, prepositions, and names that follows them. I preferred to deal with these particles from a syntactic perspective that sees their structural and semantic function within the sentence system. I did not prefer to call these particles semi-sentences because I merely consider them representing a grammatical compound like the rest of the compounds that relate to the verb. These particles often represent a compound with the genitive following them, and sometimes they are just a single word, as we see in some types of these particles. The adverbial compound has the flexibility of movement within the sentence. The reason I called them adverbial particles is that I found the adverbial meaning to be the primary meaning in those tools, and sometimes it is a secondary meaning, as in the particles that are not purely adverbial, which are selected from what grammarians have called prepositions. My research does not diminish the value of traditional grammar, it is an attempt to look at that type of compounds from a syntactic-semantic perspective.

الملخص

الأدوات الظرفية هي تلك الكلمات التي تكوّّن ما أسميته بالمركب الظرفي. هذا المركب الظرفي هو ما تعارف عليه النحاة بأنه شبه الجملة الذي يشمل الظرف والجار والمجرور. فضّّلت أن أتعامل مع هذه الأدوات من منظور تركيبي يرى وظيفتها البنيوية والدلالية داخل نظام الجملة. لم أفضل تسمية تلك الأدوات بشبه الجملة لأني لا أراها تمثل إلا مركبا نحويا كبقية المركبات التي تتعلق بالفعل. هذه الأدوات في الغالب تمثل مع المضاف إليه التالي لها مركبا، وأحيانا تكون مجرد كلمة مفردة كما رأينا في بعض أنواع تلك الأدوات. المركب الظرفي له مرونة التنقل داخل الجملة؛ تقديما، تأخيرا وتوسّّطا. السبب الذي جعلني أسميها أدوات ظرفية أني وجدت معنى الظرفية هو المعنى الأساسي في تلك الأدوات وأحيانا يكون معنى ثانويا كما في الأدوات التي ليست خالصة للظرفية، وهي أدوات مختارة من ما أسماه النحاة بحروف الجر. ليس في بحثي هذا تقليل من قيمة النحو التقليدي الذي يركز على الإعراب بوصفه نتيجة لقانون العمل، بل هو محاولة للنظر لذلك النوع من المركبات بمنظور تركيبي دلالي.
