Fee for publication

1. The amount of (150,000) IQD for publication fees after acceptance
of the manuscript
2. The journal will be providing one hard copy of the journal number
and one copy of the manuscript.

Publication Charge Policy and waiver policy statement 

The Journal of the Faculty of Medicine Baghdad is an Open-Access Journal hence, there are no subscription fees.

For National Authors, the journal is charged (150,000) IQD equivalent to (100) USD, for a single accepted manuscript.

For international Authors, the journal is charged (30$) USD, for a single accepted manuscript

 

The Journal waiver policy statement:

According to the World Bank Country classification by Income level, No fees are required for developing countries with low-income countries. For more information about the World Bank Country classification.

- For Iraqi residency, manual payment and money transfer services are accepted.

- For international authors (Outside Iraq), the accepted payment method throughout :

The payment can pay in the College of Education Ibn Rushd for Human Sciences

UJHSS Publishers follows the open access policy of publication under a Creative Commons (creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) which allows free online availability and access of articles, immediately upon publication. The APF covers charges for the services provided; these services include systems for the authors, editors and reviewers .The article fee is payable on the acceptance of the article prior to publication. There are no fees for rejected articles .Editorial items (editorials, corrections, additions, retractions, letters, comments, etc. are published free of charge.

On acceptance of the manuscript, the authors have to sign the copyright agreement of the manuscript. As regards the transfer of rights, the corresponding author assumes responsibility of all authors. The submitted manuscripts are published with understanding that all authors aware of the contents and agree to submitt the manuscript to this journal. This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. Authors from Iraq only would have to pay the minimum publication fee after acceptance of the manuscript.

Licensing

The journal applies the license of CC BY (a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license). This license allows authors to keep ownership or the copyright of their papers. But this license permits any user to download, print out, extract, reuse, archive, and distribute the article, so long as appropriate credit is given to the authors and the source of the work. The license ensures that the article will be available as widely as possible and that the article can be included in any scientific archive.
