Abstract

     The art of interactive programs dominated the local and international media arena, because the quality of these programs is characterized by the possibility of studying the society closely through their participation in the formulation of media contents as well as the high rate of influence in the community because it speaks in its language. Based on this theory, The researcher chose the subject of this study to identify the role of the contents of the media programs (the contents of the radio programs as a model) in the consolidation of human values ​​in the Arab region through analyzing programs that depend on the interaction between the public and the media. , And how to optimize the recruitment of interactive programs in the Arab media to produce content that contribute to meeting the challenges of the current society and the challenges of the culture of globalization. The study based on the descriptive method and an analysis tool for the content of the live broadcast program (Noor Dubai channel) from 1-9-2018 to 31-10-2018. The study found: The recruitment of an interactive feature in the formulation of the contents is characterized by the capacity to satisfy the needs of the public, The program is keen to instill and consolidate the values,  The study suggested that the program should motivate the public to provide constructive criticism and propose effective solutions to address shortcomings in the path of commitment to human values and the need to rely on an interactive language based on credibility.
