Abstract

 The current research aims to identify a number of goals, the extent of work satisfaction and its relationship to the first grade, in addition to that, toshow thesignificant differencesof job satisfaction variable to the first grade teachers according variable sex, the developmentof identity of the classroom teacher and its correlationto the two variables.

 

The present paper tries to adopt Shammari scale (2016).The theory of "Jkurnq and Rizir" (Chickering&Riesser, 1993), which was adopted by al-Shammari 2016 and the development of many of the previous studies and use appropriate statistical methods and using the bag for Statistical Sciences psychological and social ((SPSS)),theresults of theresearch which can be listed as follow:

  • TeachersofFirst grade have job satisfaction.
  • Teachers of First grade havedevelopment of identity.
  • There are no significant differences in job satisfaction between male and female variable.
  • The lack of a positive correlation between the variables of job satisfaction research and development of identity.
